Handy tips on preserving and bottling fruit

Strawberries have been grown on Goodall land in Lymington for over 100 years. In 1912 Herbert Goodall started producing strawberries on his mixed family farm.

Alan Goodall
Herbert's son Alan took over the farm in the 1950s where he expanded into strawberry runners. Delivering strawberries around the country as far as Scotland, by train.
Brian Goodall
Now Brian runs the farm and has developed the business to include a wider range of fruit and vegetables and a small family run seasonal shop. And of course the ever popular Walhampton Golf Course, to be found right next to the fruit farm.
